ACTIVE GAMES & FREE PLAY

Following the craft/science experiment, kids get out their energy with an active game to be played in the parking lot or gymnasium.

Parents are on a rotation with responsibilities and a different parent will be in charge of leading this block as well. Some may choose to teach an organized  sport such as soccer or t ball. Others may enjoy filling this time with a handful of silly preschool games. The purpose of this block of time is to get the kids laughing and having fun with other kids. Some parents may even enjoy creating their own games. After the "structured play" is over, the remaining time will be devoted to allowing the kids to have free play while a few parents monitor and the rest clean up. We hope that during this time friendships will be established as kids are playing and parents are visiting.
